Twitter post notifications

Thanks to the Twitter plugin, you can configure MEE6 to forward your Tweets into your server so nobody misses out on your content.



This feature is particularly useful for if you use Twitter a lot and have a community so you can notify your server members when you publish a tweet.

How to add a Twitter account to be notified

You will need MEE6 premium to be able to use the Twitter plugin.

Go to your Server Dashboard > Social Connectors > Twitter



After you enter the plugin, you can begin to search for the Twitter account in the template provided.



If your account does not show it may not be indexed by Twitter. Click here to see what you need to do if that's a problem you're having.

Announcement configuration

1 - Search for the Twitter account you want to add
2 - Edit the announcement notification MEE6 posts to your Discord server
3 - Select the Discord channel where MEE6 should post the new tweet



By default, the announcement message mentions @everyone. You can change it to whatever you need.

You can also edit or delete Twitter account notifications right from the Twitter plugin configuration homepage.
